The Drive Interview is a three-hour, one-on-one interview with your finalist conducted by Dr. Christopher Croner. This is our most rigorous product offering, providing an unparalleled level of precision in determining your candidate's sales potential.

The Drive Interview is exclusive to companies that use the DriveTest™ to screen applicants. In addition to Drive, Dr. Croner grades candidates on each of the personality traits essential for your company.

Here is how the Drive Interview works:

1. Preparation

  • We work with your sales management team to create a job spec of all personality traits essential for the position
  • We interview 1-2 of your top producers to clarify the specialized skills that differentiate this role at your company

2. Assessment

  • Dr. Croner interviews your finalist candidate in person
  • You receive a phone call from Dr. Croner regarding the candidate’s interview performance

3. Report (for hired candidates)

  • We send you a full report on your new salesperson’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as psychological techniques to manage and motivate them.
  • New hires receive a personal telephone feedback session with Dr. Croner
